As mentioned before, the October Regatta is dear to our hearts as it was our first race as a team in October 2008. After 3 years on coming so closely and losing by a few milliseconds of the cursed 1000m, we were determined to win it this year. Something gelled this time; whether it was mental, physical, team chemistry or all of the above, it worked and we FINALLY WON FIRST PLACE!
